Multimillionaire Jay Z has been sued by current and former employees of his NYC club 40/40, according to reports.

The employees claim they were denied hourly wages and forced to be compensated by customer tips alone.

They also assert that they were forced to pay for breaks, spills, and "walkouts" on the job.

The report goes on to say that hundreds of former employees could be eligible to collect on the claims if their case wins in court.

The source claims that a federal judge has admitted the club owners violated federal labour laws after reviewing an earnings report for at least two workers who showed they were not paid for overtime at the venue. The judge said, "The record contains corroborating evidence of the allegations."

Seems like there's never a drama free moment in the lives of the Hogans.

Teen-trolling Linda Hogan is now claiming that ex-husband Hulk Hogan is 'staking her' and has asked a judge to step in and order him away, according to new reports.

The Cougar wants a stipulation in their divorce case amended. She says Hulk is "intentionally 'pushing the boundaries'" of an earlier order to stay away from their home and beach house and is pissing her off by parking on the border of the property and following her and her guests.

Cougar Hogan wants the earlier order to prohibit Hulk "from harassing, following, threatening or stalking with Wife, entering the curtilage or outdoor premises of the marital and beach homes."

A hearing is scheduled for this coming Tuesday.

That Christie Brinkley is a publicity whore is one way to explain why she demanded her divorce proceedings be open to the media, despite protests from soon-to-be ex-husband Peter Cook and the attorney representing her children Sailer, 10, and Jack, 13. Or, you know, she finds so egregious Cook’s violations of their marriage — the $3k/month on porn; the posting of his own nude photos on websites for swingers; his sleeping with Diana Bianchi, an 18-year-old employee at his architecture firm, then paying her $300k to keep quiet — that she wants them made a matter of public record, where Cook can be humiliated for all to see. Including her kids’ Google searches.

Nevermind that Brinkley is being described in open court by her husband’s attorney as a woman who, “for goodness sake,” is “on her fourth husband” and that everybody’s time is being wasted because of the “the self-indulgent wrath of a woman scorned.”

It could be argued Brinkley is going for the sympathy vote, hoping the tabloid press — and even CNN and Fox News, who will of course be breathlessly reporting from the trial — will be nice to her so she can win the trial, at least in the court of public opinion. Except what are the chances of that happening?

The press loves to paint a woman as a vindictive wench, even if her husband may epitomize true scum. Need evidence?

Just look at what People magazine, the most likely of the tabloids to treat Brinkley with a modicum of respect, chose to headline their article — filed under “Nasty Breakups and Divorces: — as: “Peter Cook on Brinkley: ‘Shrek Was More Believable.’”

And with that, it’s clear which way the tide is already turning … and what type of shape Brinkley will be in by the time the dollar figure for alimony is set.

On that note, we’re done for the day, taking off a smidge early to get our Independence Day celebration going.

Lauren Conrad and current BFF Lauren Bosworth leave Crown nightclub in Hollywood on Wednesday.

The pair also stopped at CocoDeVille and other night clubs for their mid-week partying. Socialite Nicky Hilton was also on-hand for the festivities.

A judge has granted Snipes' request for permission to travel to London and Bangkok for 'work'.

Interesting note — Snipes' lawyers are arguing that the judge in the case made several errors before and after his February conviction.

Is allowing Wes permission to go abroad an 'i'm sorry' from the judge?

The Feds will likely appeal this decision.

After taking a little break from the scene since we last saw her tanning on June 20, Lauren Conrad was back out in Hollywood last night looking refreshed and gorgeous. She and her entourage including Lo hit up Crown Bar for a little pre-Fourth of July partying. Not everyone can pull off the high-waisted shorts and still look adorable like Lauren, but if you want to sport some of her designs instead you're in luck - they're on sale! In the meantime, I'm sure we'll see a lot more of LC and her breezy California girl-style as she and her friends celebrate the long weekend away with some of those beach bonfires we know so well.
