James Franco appears onstage during MTV’s Total Request Live at the MTV Times Square Studios on Tuesday in New York City.

A small Brooklyn T-shirt designer, called WOWCH, alleged the t-shirt James Franco wore in Pineapple Express was their idea first back in 2005, and didn’t get any credit for the design in the movie.

Franco, 30, denied those allegations, stating, “I did keep a copy of the outfit. The T-shirt I wore was designed by the director, David Gordon Green, and it’s a shark with a kitten in its mouth, but they’re both smiling.”

“We completely created that shirt and that shark. David wanted me to wear a purple Monterey Bay T-shirt with a whale on it. I said I wasn’t into the whale shirt, so he came up with his own design, which was the shark,” Franco told the NY Daily News.

Ed Westwick spends the day on the set of Gossip Girl in Chinatown, New York City on Thursday.

The Gossip Girl star wore a goofy NY t-shirt before he started shooting his scenes, and then changed into a snazzy purple shirt later on.

While there had been rumors flying about a real-life relationship between Ed and co-star Chace Crawford, there seems to be no truth to them.

“You know what? Ed and I laugh about it,” Chace said in an interview with The Independent.

“It’s kind of funny. But it’s like, you know, I guess some people assume there’s a seed of truth to it. People think where there’s smoke, there’s fire. People think that, but they don’t realize that, er, it’s obviously, er, it’s just so amazing the way something can be… just a complete fabrication, yet it gets twisted.”

Model and designer Camila Alves unveils her ultra lux handbag line MUXO, meaning “Goddess of the Water” in African, at LA’s trendy Kitson Studio on Thursday.

Hand crafting each bag themselves using the finest Brazilian leathers and hardware, Camila works with her mom to create the designs. MUXO is associated with Stand Up To Cancer and will soon be releasing a SU2C handbag.

Last month, Camila and Matthew McConaughey had their first child together, and named him Levi.

“[Levi] was gonna stay home but then he said, ‘Dad, mom, I wanna go support mom’s purses,’” Matthew joked with ET. “At 30 days old he’s talking about stuff like that!”

The 29-year-old actress is rocking a new pixie haircut as of late. Katie had been sporting a bob, but went with the pixie, which is an even shorter version of the bob.

Sienna Miller is spotted with Balthazar Getty relaxing and shopping in Malibu, Calif., on Friday.

Also spotted was Sienna and her mom Jo Miller by her side while they went shopping.

The 26-year-old actress must be on a shopping binge because earlier in the week when she was in Beverly Hills, she spent most the day shopping as well.

Sienna’s friends have tried to come to her defense of accusations she is a home wrecker, saying that Balthazar Getty had been split up from his wife long before he met Sienna.

American Idol star Clay Aiken is officially a father!

Clay, 29, and music producer friend Jaymes Foster, welcomed a baby boy in his home-state of North Carolina Friday morning, Aiken’s mother Faye told local TV station WRAL.

Faye reported the boy’s name is Parker Foster Aiken, and was born at 8:08 a.m. weighing 6 pounds, 2 ounces. He was 19 inches long.

Back in May, it was first reported that Jaymes Foster was artificially inseminated with Clay’s sperm and his rep later confirmed that. Clay and Jaymes will reportedly raise the child together even though they are not romantically linked.

Congratulations to Clay and Jaymes!

Jennifer Aniston goes out for dinner with some friends while her bodyguard try to shield her from the photogs in Hollywood on Thursday night.

The 39-year-old actress has continued to train with longtime personal yoga instructor Mandy Ingber. Mandy‘ s been coming to Jen’s Beverly Hills home, usually at noon every day, where she gives Jen an hour and a half yoga workout.

John Mayer, on the other hand, has been working with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak. “John has been living the 5-Factor lifestyle for 3 years, and kicked it up over the last six months,” Harley tells OK!. John’s workouts are broken down into five phases: a cardio warm-up, upper body strengthening, lower body strengthening, abs and cardio cool down.

Ben Stiller, Jack Black, and Robert Downey Jr. do a group interview and talk about about their new movie Tropic Thunder, coming out August 13th.

On if they have ever came on set drunk: Jack Black - No. I had an improv class in high school and I came stoned one time. And I was so paranoid that I never tried to f— with it again. I marvel at some people’s ability to party and then act. I’m not built that way. [Pauses] But what blows me away is how quickly someone who’s new to the industry can go from being, like [breathlessly], ”Whoa, what? I have my own trailer?! Oh my God, you guys, this is insane!” to [smugly] ”But I deserve it. And actually now I expect it.”

On stories about other actors acting like jerks: Ben Stiller - I was directing an actress once who was taking a nap on the set and I had to gingerly wake her up. [Whispering] ”We have to film now.” ”But I’m so tired.” ”I know, but everyone’s here and we’re ready to do the scene.”

On their lack of inhibition and being in embarrassing situations on screen: Robert Downey Jr. - I have been so wantonly, flagrantly humiliated [in my personal life] that anything that could happen as a result of a movie doesn’t even register.

Justin Timberlake puts his arm around Jessica Biel as they were spotted in Beverly Hills on Thursday today grabbing some lunch at Jack n’ Jill’s.

The cafe/bakery they ate at is known for their down home style comfort food, served in very large portions. After lunching there, they did a little shopping around town, never leaving each others side.

Timberlake, 27, recently told Heat magazine how he likes his hair.

“I don’t require hair appointments. I actually cut my own hair - that’s why it’s always the same length. I don’t like divas and I don’t want to be one,” he said.
