After nearly five days without her girlfriend, Lindsay Lohan just couldn't hold back. When Samantha Ronson, arrived on the LA set of Lindsay's movie Labor Pains on July 10, Lindsay rushed toward her, not caring who saw. As they headed off set, the couple - who in the past have gone out of their way to hide their physical affection - tenderly brushed hands.
The moment wasn't lost on anyone around them. "It looked like a really big deal for Lindsay," an onlooker tells Life & Style. "She knew people would see her and Sam and know they were together. It looked like she knew it was time."
While most of Hollywood's wondering if the relationship is an act, Lindsay's inner circle believes it's the real deal. "Everyone knows they're together and in love," says a pal of Lindsay's.
But while Lindsay - who has publicly battled issues with men, drugs and alcohol - seems to have finally found peace with Sam, her heart is still breaking. The reason: Lindsay's family hasn't accepted her new relationship. Despite the couple's obvious attraction, Lindsay's mom, Dina, told Life & Style at a recent NYC event that the two girls are merely "very good friends."
Despite her parents' reaction to her relationship, Lindsay is determined to make things with Sam work - and when Sam recently presented her with a $22,000 Cartier ring as a symbol of their commitment, Lindsay happily accepted it.

Whether she's toting her kids around the world or blasting her way across the screen in an action flick, Angelina Jolie makes everything look easy. But being pregnant with twins was a challenge she wasn't prepared for.
Doctors at the Fondation Lenval hospital in Nice, France, had hoped to hold off on delivering the babies for as long as possible, but health risks got in the way. On July 12, Angelina's obstetrician, Dr. Michel Sussmann, decided he had to perform a Caesarean section ahead of schedule, he said, "for medical reasons."

Britney Spears hit the town on July 11, dining at LA's Bond St. restaurant and then hitting the Thompson Beverly Hills hotel's rooftop lounge. But instead of partying with gal pals, the 26-year-old pop star was accompanied by two assistants and her mother, Lynne. "It was a bit odd," says an onlooker. "Britney used to spend Saturday nights out with friends going to clubs. Now her only partners in crime seem to be her parents and people hired to help keep her in line."

It's the question on everyone's lips this week: Will she or won't she go? The "she" is Madonna,, of course, and the event is the party for the 2008 Major League All-Star game on Monday, July 14, to be hosted by New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez, Madge's rumored flame (the singer denies she's having a romantic relationship with the slugger).
Life & Style has exclusively obtained the tip sheet for the soiree, which will be held at the 40/40 Club in NYC, and it lists A-Rod's name right next to the Material Girl's name!
Life & Style was the first to report on Wednesday, July 9, that Madonna plans to appear at the party (though her rep denies it). "Madonna has RSVP'd to attend," an insider close to A-Rod tells Life & Style. "She knows about the party and has said she's coming!"
Here's to hoping she'll go...and keep the tongues wagging! |

Word on the street is Naomi Watts is pregnant again! While the star hasn't confirmed that she's expecting just yet, her trainer, Rob Parr (who also worked with Naomi after her first pregnancy), isn't denying anything!
"The nice thing about Naomi is that she likes the water, so we spend a lot of time in the pool when she's pregnant," Parr told Life & Style at the ExerciseTV Taping at Big Picture Sound Stages in California on July 8. "It's a nice, safe environment where you can get a good cardio workout and get in a lot of strength work."
Parr, who also trains Naomi's boyfriend Liev Schreiber (pictured above with Naomi), says that Naomi will also "incorporate weight training and yoga positions for flexibility," adding, "I think variety is key....As we progress, we make assessments of what she can and can't do."
Asked what exercises he'll do with the actress after she gives birth, Parr said, "If it's a normal delivery, what's worked in the past will probably work in the future, based on her body type. During her last pregnancy, she gained a little weight, but she lost it quickly, so that's a good sign." After Naomi's first pregnancy, Parr said their training regimen was "more cardiovascular, aerobic, and strength work. We did a lot of work with the medicine ball, the balance ball and some free weights and some machines." |

Before Harlow Winter Kate Madden entered the picture on Jan. 11, her mom, Nicole Richie, was living dangerously - partying her life away. But since giving birth, Nicole, 26, has tamed her wild ways. "I owe my baby my life," says Nicole.
And it's a dream come true for Nicole Kidman and hubby Keith Urban, who welcomed their first child, daughter Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, on July 7 in Nashville, Tenn. It appears as if Sunday has plenty of her stunning mom's genes! "She's very pink," says an insider. "With long fingers and toes."
As for Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony - who welcomed their first children together, twins Max and Emme, on Feb. 22 - handle diaper duty on their own. "They haven't employed nannies since April," an insider explains. "She gets up between 4:30 and 5:30 a.m."
Meanwhile, Angelina Jolie was left reeling when she found out she and Brad Pitt, 45, were going to give their four kids two more siblings. And she's determined to make sure no one's left out, explaining that keeping her attention balanced among all the children is key.
Lastly, she's only 17, but actress Jamie Lynn Spears - who gave birth to Maddie Briann on June 19 - is already doing "a fantastic job," says a Spears family insider. And while the new mom is also getting used to living with reported fiancé Casey Aldridge, 19, "everything is for Maddie now," says the insider.

The world will find out soon enough just what kind of friends Madonna and Alex Rodriquez are if the Material Girl arrives (as planned) at a party hosted by the New York Yankees slugger on Monday, July 14.
"Alex is having a party for the 2008 Major League All-Star game in New York," a source close to him tells Life & Style. "It's at the 40/40 club in NYC, and Madonna has RSVP'd to attend!"
While a rep for Madonna denies the RSVP, the source adds "Madonna knows about the party and has said she is coming. Alex's name, of course, will be on the top of the invite, but Madonna's name will be on it, too, as a confirmed 'guest,'" the insider adds. "He'll be first on the list, it's his party. But she'll be right there, too."
There's no word on whether Madge's husband, Guy Ritchie, will be joining his wife at the fete. |

It seemed fitting that storm clouds were overhead when Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie entered the Kabbalah Centre in NYC on July 5. "Madonna didn't look so hot," says an onlooker. "She didn't look like a happy camper."
She must have been doubly upset in the days that followed. On July 7, Alex Rodriguez's wife, Cynthia, filed for divorce from the baseball star, claiming their marriage was "irretrievably broken" because of Alex's "extramarital affairs and other misconduct." Cynthia's lawyer, Earle Lilly, called Alex's relationship with Madonna "the final straw."
Moreover, after a concert in NYC on April 30, Madonna didn't go home to Guy and the kids. Instead, she partied the night away with Alex at The Box. "She was sitting with Justin Timberlake, and Alex was one seat away and kept handing them drinks," recalls a clubgoer.

When Britney Spears met with Kevin Federline on June 26 to try to settle their custody battle, "Kevin said to her point-blank, 'How can you expect anyone to let you make decisions for our sons when you can't even make decisions for yourself?,'" says a Spears family insider.
Kevin's comment crystallized what Britney had already started to realize herself: To regain shared custody of Sean, 2, and Jayden, 1, she needs to retake control of her life. "Fighting Jamie is the only way she'll get her children back," says the insider. "She knows as long as she's under conservatorship, the judge will consider her unfit for custody."
