Complete the entry form for the sweepstakes to enter. All fields are mandatory. Click on the "Submit" button and you will be automatically entered into the selected Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person and/or email address. 3. PRIZE(S):

If winner is an eligible minor, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who must sign and return all required documents.
Sponsor may, at its sole discretion and for any reason, substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including a cash award.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable Federal, State and local taxes on the prize. Prize is not transferable. To receive prize, winner (and/or his/her parent or legal guardian if the winner is below the age of 18) must execute an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability and prize acceptance form within 10 days of notification, if required by Sponsor. Noncompliance or return of any form as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
4. DRAWING METHODOLOGY:
Winner will be selected by a random drawing held within 5 days of the conclusion of the entry period set forth herein from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by or under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions will be final in all matters concerning the sweepstakes.
Winner will be notified by e-mail within fourteen (14) days after the drawing. If winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) days of being contacted, if any prize is returned as undeliverable, or in the event a potential winner does not accept the prize or fails to comply with these rules and requirements, the prize will be forfeited. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
Except where prohibited by law, by entering, winner consents to the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration with the understanding that it will be relied upon by the Sponsor in connection with this sweepstakes.
The Sponsor, its parent company, their subsidiaries, owners, stockholders, agents, licensees, agencies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, assigns, successors, managers and operators of the sweepstakes, advertising and/or promotional agencies or any other sponsors or promoters (the "concerned parties"), assume no liability or responsibilities, financial or otherwise, of any damage, loss, injury or death resulting from or arising out of the acceptance and use of the prize. Singer and actress Miley Cyrus had just returned from performing at a concert in Chicago when she heard some startling news: Her close friend Jamie Lynn Spears had been rushed to a hospital in her hometown of Kentwood, La., on Jan. 16 and was rumored to have suffered a miscarriage. Miley, 15, who has publicly voiced her support for 16-year-old Jamie Lynn, "was desperate to talk to her pal," an insider says. "She was so worried about her."
The rumor turned out to be false - "Jamie Lynn Spears was not rushed to the hospital, nor did she suffer a miscarriage," said her rep, who also later denied any additional problems with Jamie. But even after the scare subsided, the danger to Jamie Lynn's baby still seemed all too real to friends and family members. Until she became pregnant, Jamie Lynn's image was as innocent and sweet as her character on
Nickelodeon's Zoey 101.
But nearly a year ago, a family insider told Life & Style that Jamie Lynn's mom, Lynne Spears, had become scared that her youngest daughter was following in big sis Britney's shaky footsteps. "Lynne knows Jamie Lynn's starting to smoke, and she has caught her drinking," the insider said at the time.
And even after seeing her older sister shuttle in and out of rehab and have her children taken from her, Jamie Lynn's risky behavior didn't stop. "She's been known to smoke and drink," says a pal, though her rep says Jamie Lynn currently does neither. "She's starting to remind friends of Britney," adds the pal.

On the night of Jan. 14, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes grabbed a late-night bite at NYC eatery Coco Pazzo - but it wasn't exactly an intimate dinner for two. The couple were joined at the upscale restaurant by their 21-month-old daughter, Suri. Surprisingly, the toddler sat relaxed and poised, with a glass of milk in hand. That seemingly special event for Suri was actually just another night in her whirlwind life.
Of course, nothing seems to faze Suri Cruise. And why should it? She's been exposed to wild rumors (including a strange theory questioning if she's even Tom's daughter) and an even wilder day-to-day life since her birth. And, strangely enough, she takes it all in stride like a seasoned professional.

Jennifer Lopez, 38, has been careful to keep her pregnancy out of the spotlight, and her elegant, pricey and completely private twilight baby fete on Jan. 19 was no exception.
"It was intimate and low-key - just friends and family," says a guest who attended the soiree at the Gramercy Park Hotel. "While it was small, it was beautiful and sentimental."
The guest of honor, who's reportedly expecting twins, was registered for a stylish retro-looking steel Balmoral Pram ($2,499) and chic Mia Bossi diaper bag ($590) among other fashionable gifts.

It was a typical Heidi Montag-Spencer Pratt moment as the duo spent Jan. 9 in Los Cabos, Mexico, holding hands and frolicking in front of the cameras. But this wasn't a trip to scout out wedding spots - or even a sign that their wedding is back on.
In fact, the Hills couple's engagement and nuptials are still on hold,
and their Mexican sojourn didn't exactly end well. "I've been throwing up all night," Heidi told Life & Style once she was back in LA. "I just got back from Mexico. I don't know what I have; I don't know if it's food poisoning. I'm just so sick."
But insiders wonder if it was a stomach bug - or if Heidi's sickness was really caused by stress over ongoing relationship drama with Spencer.
In a new interview in the February issue of Maxim, the aspiring pop princess, 21, claims her wedding plans are postponed mostly because she's "so young" and "wants to go on tour." But an insider says those aren't the main reasons. "The wedding planning really broke up the engagement," the insider says. "Heidi isn't convinced Spencer understands the meaning of a lifelong commitment."
And while the two are still committed to each other, another insider says, "If Spencer wants to get things back on the marriage track, he's definitely going to have to work on his issues."
Perhaps he's already gotten the memo: "I'm being a good boyfriend," Spencer insists to Life & Style.

Angelina Jolie didn't win best actress at the Critics' Choice Awards on Jan. 7, but losing to Julie Christie didn't seem to hurt her mood. "She was absolutely glowing," says one observer. "And she and Brad Pitt couldn't keep their hands off each other the entire night. Things have really improved between them."
The reason? They're trying for another baby, say insiders, and Angie may even be pregnant already!

When Britney Spears checked into the Rosarito Beach Hotel in Baja California, Mexico, around 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 9 - just six days after the bizarre meltdown that ended with her being strapped to a stretcher and taken to LA's Cedars-Sinai Medical Center - she appeared calm and subdued. But her behavior was still alarmingly strange.
"One of our waitresses spotted Britney alone in the hotel bar, singing to herself," says Gustavo Lopes, the hotel's reception manager. "She heard Britney mumbling the words to her song 'Toxic' in a very low voice. I don't think Britney knew where she was, and my waitress thought she looked crazy."
