He's....back!
John Mayer arrived at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Miami Beach at 12:30 p.m. today, Life & Style can reveal exclusively. It's the same hotel where the new woman in his life, Jen Aniston, is staying!
"John came in with another man who looked like a personal trainer. John was in long gray shorts and a green T-shirt, and was holding a water bottle. He looked like he just finished a workout," an eyewitness tells Life & Style. "His hair was still in its new signature cut and he was in a great mood."
Life & Style earlier reported that John was overheard saying in New York City last week that he couldn't wait to get back down to Miami.

April 28 was just another day in Britney Spears' healthy new life. The star, who has recently swapped fast-food runs for daily workouts, hit her regular Bally Total Fitness facility in Studio City, Calif., for an hour-long Spinning class.
After the session, Britney stopped to chat with Life & Style. "I'm always happy when I'm done," she said, before offering some one-on-one insight into her favorite cardio workout - hitting the dance floor. "To me, dancing doesn't even feel like exercise," Britney, 26, continued. "I love it."
The gym isn't the only place where Britney's getting serious. The former junk-food addict is shaping up in the kitchen, too. "Her eating habits were so bad, and she ate so sporadically, doctors suggested her dad do everything he could to get Britney to eat three times a day," says a family insider. Britney's dad, Jamie, has taken the advice one step further and has put Britney on a healthy diet.
Some of Brit's motivation is fueled by wanting to fit into her old clothes, but she's really focused on regaining her physique to revitalize her career- and benefit her little boys. Says the family insider, "Britney wants to be healthier for Sean Preston and Jayden James," who are living with their dad, Kevin Federline, full time. "Almost everything she does brings her one step closer to getting her boys back."

The rumors of a Lauren Conrad sex tape refuse to go away for two reasons - Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. On the The Tyra Banks Show, Lauren's bitter enemies and co-stars of The Hills insisted that intimate footage of Lauren and her ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler did exist at one time. "I know for 100 percent fact that it did exist," Spencer, 24, announced. "I know for a fact -and I would take a lie-detector test."

Angelina Jolie rarely has a moment of calm. But on May 1, strolling in the gardens of her home in the South of France, "Angie seemed really relaxed," an insider says. "She was wearing a flowing black sundress and looked gorgeous."
Life & Style has learned the clan plans to move into a secluded home that Brad, 44, purchased earlier this year in the French countryside. And they'll stay until Angelina gives birth later this summer - and likely through the end of 2008.
This time around, insiders say, Angelina wants to give birth in France as a tribute to her mom, French actress Marcheline Bertrand, who died in 2007.

It's been more than a year since Britney Spears last visited her hometown of Kentwood, La. So it was an emotional, tearful reunion for the pop star when she flew in from LA for little sis Jamie Lynn's May 3 baby shower. "It was a great weekend. Brit saw Jamie Lynn for the first time in ages, and they really had a good time," says a Britney insider. "Despite recent issues, Jamie Lynn is Britney's baby sister, and she cares so much for her. There is so much love there."

Private jets from NYC arrive at Governors Harbour Airport in the Bahamas all the time. But two that landed on the afternoon of April 29 were carrying some extra-special cargo. Pop diva Mariah Carey, 38, and actor Nick Cannon, 27, rode on one - and about 24 wedding guests were passengers on the other!
"Everyone was in party mode," an airport waitress reveals to Life & Style.
For good reason. At noon the next day, Mariah and Nick were married on the patio of her mansion overlooking the Atlantic.

Britney Spears is heading home today for a big reunion with her younger sister, Jamie Lynn, an insider tells Life & Style exclusively. The occasion? Jamie Lynn's baby shower!
Britney is leaving LA today to arrive in Kentwood, La., in time for tomorrow's baby shower at mom Lynne Spears' house, Serenity. Britney was last seen in Kentwood in November 2006.
"The shower's on Saturday at Lynne's house," the insider tells Life & Style.
"At first, Jamie [Brit's dad and also her guardian these days] didn't think it was a good idea for Brit to go. He thought it might create chaos in Kentwood, and he wasn't sure he wanted to put Jamie Lynn - or Britney - in the middle of that.
"Britney can't travel without Jamie's permission, so she worked really hard to talk him into it; it was so important for her to be there for her little sister. He finally gave in, knowing it'd be good for Brit and Jamie Lynn to finally see each other."

Kevin Federline used to dread talking to ex-wife Britney Spears. In fact, when he'd look down at his phone and see her number, Kevin would often groan, says a friend of his. But that seems to have changed. When Britney called him one recent afternoon, Kevin's tone was soft and cheery.
"Hey, lady," Kevin said, according to his friend, who was there at the time. "What's up?" The friend tells Life & Style that Kevin, 30, and Britney, 26, then chatted for several minutes. It was an enormous emotional leap for a couple who just months ago were exchanging messages only via their lawyers - in court during their heated custody battle.
"It's such a huge change," says Kevin's friend. "It hasn't been like this between them in forever."
Still, while romance may be in the cards, a Spears family insider says Kevin's primary motivation for getting back with Britney is the well-being of their sons. "Kevin's stayed friendly with Britney's dad," the Spears family insider says. "And he's told [her dad] Jamie how much he wants the boys to have a real family. But he doesn't want to push Britney. He's afraid too much pressure would cause a relapse - and he really doesn't want that to happen."
And Kevin does recognize the practical side of a reconciliation. "Kevin's attracted to the lifestyle Britney can afford him," a second pal of Kevin's notes.

It isn't easy to snag a table at Michael's Genuine Food & Drink, one of Miami's hottest new restaurants. But Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer aren't your average customers.
On April 25, after the restaurant finished serving lunch, Michael's reopened exclusively for the actress and the singer around 3:30 p.m. And it wasn't a business meeting. The duo, who stayed for 90 minutes, "were having a great time," a waitress tells Life & Style. "He would lean in and whisper things to her, kind of close. And she didn't seem to mind at all!"
