"They've been having low-key rendezvous in Miami," says an insider close to the two. Despite their outings, the couple may not be ready to publicly declare their love. "They're taking things slow," says a friend of Owen's. "Kate doesn't want [her son] Ryder to get attached to Owen until she's sure he's changed his ways."
