While the star hasn't confirmed that she's expecting just yet, her trainer, Rob Parr (who also worked with Naomi after her first pregnancy), isn't denying anything! "The nice thing about Naomi is that she likes the water, so we spend a lot of time in the pool when she's pregnant," Parr told Life & Style at the ExerciseTV Taping at Big Picture Sound Stages in California on July 8. "It's a nice, safe environment where you can get a good cardio workout and get in a lot of strength work." Parr, who also trains Naomi's boyfriend Liev Schreiber (pictured above with Naomi), says that Naomi will also "incorporate weight training and yoga positions for flexibility," adding, "I think variety is key....As we progress, we make assessments of what she can and can't do." Asked what exercises he'll do with the actress after she gives birth, Parr said, "If it's a normal delivery, what's worked in the past will probably work in the future, based on her body type. During her last pregnancy, she gained a little weight, but she lost it quickly, so that's a good sign." After Naomi's first pregnancy, Parr said their training regimen was "more cardiovascular, aerobic, and strength work. We did a lot of work with the medicine ball, the balance ball and some free weights and some machines."
