Life & Style has obtained a petition spearheaded by Brad's top security guard, Richard Malchar, asking the city of LA to make the couple's neighborhood a safer place to live for their four young children. "He and Angelina feel they just can't take a chance on anything happening to them - or their children," says an insider.
