Jessica looked ridiculous channeling her inner Rainbow Brite in NYC this week. Thankfully she did lose the unnecessary extensions she wore to the Costume Institute Gala Monday night. Jessica is gearing up to promote her movie Blonde Ambition, but she isn't about to get back to her roots just yet. As we know, she thinks the darker color reflects who she is now. We know Jess can't entirely avoid her blonde reputation especially now that we've seen our first look at her upcoming movie with Luke Wilson. It couldn't have been an easy spring for Johnny after his daughter Lily-Rose, became seriously ill. Thankfully, she was able to make a full recovery, but to no surprise, the reclusive Depp hasn't spoken about it. He is happy to say, however, that he's back to doing what he does best with his daughter, ?Actually one of the only things I?m good at is playing Barbie.? He sounds so cute - just another reason to love Johnny!

Rumor is that their daughter's scare brought Johnny and his longtime girlfriend Vanessa Paradis closer together. In fact, some are even saying that the two are planning to marry after eight years together. We're still skeptical considering it never seemed to interest them before.

For now, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End doesn't come out for another two weeks, but fans already want to know whether there will be a fourth movie. This one was planned as the final film, but Johnny had this to say, "I don?t know if you can ever say for sure, but there?s a part of me that would love to see Captain Jack again.? Well there's an answer to keep those fans hoping!

Lindsay clearly has a way with people. There were rumors that Jane Fonda didn't even want LL at the Georgia Rule premiere but based on their chumminess last night that was clearly not true. Now Gary Marshall and James G. Robinson, the Georgia Rule director and producer behind the public letter admonishing Lindsay's bad behavior on the set last summer are now coming to her defense. This week, they both had comments about Lindsay, her reputation and her recent cocaine scandal. Here's more:

• From Marshall, the director: "Any publicity is good publicity, but in this case, I think it distorts what a good actress Lindsay is."
• From Robinson, the producer: "She's 20 years old, one of the most famous women in the world. That's a lot for someone. ... She's a good person. She's a nice person. She is not a little b*tch. She's a nice, decent person. She just likes to stay out too late at night."

Josh was back on set of his movie, August, in NY this week. I can't even remember the last time we saw Hot-nett in sunglasses that weren't the Ray Ban Wayfarers. Though I can't say I love these a whole lot, either. There were rumors last month that he spent a romantic weekend in Turks and Caicos with Penelope, but more recently the Helena Christensen rumors are back. Cry him a river, right? He supposedly spent some quality canoodling time with the model back in February, but until this week there were no further rumors. If it's true, though, Josh is cute and all, but big score on his part.

We've already gotten a few gorgeous glimpses of George flashing that smile on the set of Leatherheads, but this is our first peek at his cute co-star, John Krasinski. In the 1920's era movie, the boys vie for Renee Zellweger's affections. We love watching John as the adorably average Jim Halpert on The Office, but it looks like he's making major moves to the big screen. He plays Lancelot in Shrek the Third, and he'll co-star in License to Wed with Mandy Moore. Seems like John is one to watch, so it's a good thing he's easy on the eyes.

As for George, we just got one more reason to look forward to the premiere of Ocean's 13. Producer Jerry Weintraub will throw a series of premiere events to help launch and raise money for Not On Our Watch, a humanitarian organization founded by Don Cheadle (whose new book has the same title). Not On Our Watch raises awareness and provides aid to relief efforts in Darfur.

Britney was looking good in her appropriately labeled Country Girl hat carrying cutie Sean Preston out of Millennium Dance Studio again this week. Things are finally looking up in Brit's world, but some people still think she's not making great personal decisions. Apparently, those closest to Brit don't like her new man, Howie Day.

They've got some reason to worry -- Howie was arrested in 2004 for allegedly locking a fan in the bathroom of his tour bus when she wouldn't have sex with him, and in 2005 he was charged with verbally abusing a flight attendant while under the influence.

Even Kevin has made it clear that he does not approve of the relationship. He supposedly told his friends "you have to head to the dump to find trash" referring to how Britney and Howie met while in rehab.

Brit's friends keep telling her that Howie is just using her for publicity and to stay away but, says the source "when people say stuff like that, it?s music to Britney?s ears. She likes the drama.? Oh Brit, when will you learn?

Beckham didn't stick with the bleached look for too long, now did he? Maybe he was getting teased on the playground field for looking too much like his wife? Was anyone else disappointed by last night's performances? We get down to the final four and it was more like the final bore. My favorite was still Melinda, and even though Simon thought her first song was weak I thought she was overall the most consistent - especially throughout this entire competition. Jordin proved her strong vocals once again, but I thought Simon's pageant comment was hilarious. I like her but she's young and has time to grow and well, learn to dress better. LaKisha was doing her best to stay alive, but it's her or Blake being booted off this week. Yes ladies, I hate to say it but beatbox Blake bombed last night. He may have talent and be easy to package and sell as a pop star, but he did not do well. Vote now on who you think is going home.

Jimmy put on a tux for Monday's Costume Institute Gala, but the former SNLer isn't usually one for Hollywood parties. He demonstrated this down in Kentucky for the derby last weekend by skipping out on Friday's Stuff Magazine party for a far less swanky affair. A friend says, "His driver invited him to a fraternity party. He played beer pong until 5 a.m. with the Sigma Chi frat boys [from the University of Louisville] and flirted with sorority girls." Sounds like he had a great time, but we're sure he wasn't flirting too much. He spent the rest of the weekend with his girlfriend producer Nancy Juvonen, who was by his side on Monday night as well.
