Hilary Duff may have been in the midst of some inclement weather yesterday, but she looked pretty happy and cozy under her big red umbrella in Vancouver. Maybe talking to her hockey-playing boy on the phone is the reason for that big smile on her face. Of course, a little quality shopping time with mom always helps to brighten a mood in yucky weather. Hilary spent some time hanging out in Vancouver during the holidays last year too, so we bet she already knew all the best stores to hit up to find the perfect gifts for Haylie and the rest of her family and friends.
