Sienna Miller's pals roughed up some paps in London last night, as she exited a nightclub immediately after Sean Combs. Can you blame her? No one wants to hang with a guy who has two new twin kids and then went and might have knocked up Aubrey O'Day from Danity Kane. That's sad. Oh - "allegedly." Sorry, I know I need to throw that in. Nevertheless, Kim Porter better start tallying this shit up!

While Diddy was overly friendly and fan-obliging as he exited a London club last night, Sienna tried making a stealthy escape just minutes later -- possibly spacing her exit in the hope that paparazzi would follow the hip-hop mogul and not her. Nice try!

Two members of Miller's posse got fed up with one of the snapping paps and pushed him off the sidewalk, taunting him as Sienna was whisked past the scuffle. One of Sienna's entourage then tried to trip the photog as he ran to catch up with her, keeping him from getting a face shot as Sienna ran into The Soho Hotel.

Howard K. Stern, perhaps realizing that his move to block DNA testing basically made him look like the kidnapper that he is, gave it up .

The lawyer-turned-partner of Anna Nicole Smith dropped his bid Monday to halt the use of DNA to prove the paternity of the former Playboy playmate's infant daughter when it appeared a Bahamas court was going to reject his appeal. An attorney for Howard K. Stern withdrew the challenge in the face of skeptical questioning by a three-judge panel of the Court of Appeal.

All three judges said Stern filed his challenge too late and should have raised his objections before the Supreme Court ordered DNA testing in the paternity challenge filed by Larry Birkhead, a former boyfriend of Smith's who claims to be the father of the infant, Dannielynn.

Justice Emmanuel E. Osadebay noted that Stern himself had agreed to DNA testing -- and even suggested an expert to do the analysis -- but waited until a week after the sample was taken to file the a challenge to the court's decision.

"His problem is that the person he wanted to do the testing was not the one selected by the court," Osadebay said.

The real mom of Angelina's new kid Pax popped up, and let's just say Pax is better off. Pham Thu Dung is on the needle, and not doing that well.

Pham Thu Dung, the biological mother of Pax Thien Jolie, says she's happy that her child has found a new life with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.

The British newspaper News of the World tracked Dung down in the Vietnam neighborhood she calls home and talked to the 29-year-old about why she gave Pax up for adoption in 2003. Though Dung admits that she's presently incapable of taking care of the three-year-old, she hopes that one day in the future he'll call her "mother" again.
