Barcelona is one of the most visited cities in Spain, and for good reason. This city has a lot to offer you, but don't try to see it all on one holiday. Take your time to enjoy the different sights and get under the skin of Barcelona. Like this you will also have a good excuse to come back to this wonderful city again and again.

Here we give you some tips on some of the most popular attractions in Barcelona: La Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, Guell Park and Nou Camp Stadium.

LA SAGRADA FAMILIA, BARCELONA
This majestic temple is perhaps the most famous work of famous Barcelona-architect Antonio Gaudi, and to this date the construction is still not finished. There is a debate whether it should be finished or not, because this was the main project of Gaudi until his death in 1926. More than one million Barcelona tourists visits this temple each year, and even more people only admire it from the outside. If you want to visit you should go early in the morning to avoid the biggest crowds, and to be sure you have enough time to enjoy it.

LAS RAMBLAS, BARCELONA
Las Ramblas is maybe one of the most famous landmarks in Barcelona, and a place you definetly would like to visit because of its proximity to other landmarks, famous sights, excellent restaurants and local bars. Las Ramblas promenade runs 1,2 km from Port Vell in the south to Placa Catalunya in the north. Remember to look down while you walk near the Liceu theatre, because the famous painter Joan Miró actually created a mosaic in the middle of Las Ramblas in Barcelona.

GUELL PARK, BARCELONA
Parque Güell is a beautiful park designed by Antonio Gaudi, the magnificent architect responsible for a lot of Barcelonas wonderful architecture. The park is a nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing, and Guell park offers a great view of Barcelona. In the park you can find the famous Gaudi dragon fountain located at the entrance, fascinating buildings that looks like they are taken out of a storybook for children, and what is said to be one of the longest benches in the world.

NOU CAMP STADIUM, BARCELONA
Nou Camp stadium is a must-see for everyone who loves soccer. With a bit of planning you could even watch a great game like Barcelona vs Real Madrid while you are on holidays in Barcelona. It is also possible to visit the stadium and the museum.
